History:
Princess Lucira Zarina Soaph Juith Azyriah of the Haus of Gaga is second in line to the throne of Arkhanaxxis, but expects her older sister will do the responsible thing and get married and produce babies, so Lucira won't have to. She is the child of Fleddoc III and Elgeflie IV of Arkhanaxxis, and she will happily laugh that her parents are second cousins. She has one older sister, Nanfrid, and after Lucira her parents stopped procreating.
Raised in the capital (Naxxis) Nanfrid and Lucira could want for nothing, which is awesome when a kid wants a fire-breathing dragontoad (his name was Gig). She's had all the training in deportment, fashion, inter-planetary politics, and alien languages, a second child needs. She's often a centrepiece of entertainment news because Lucira's allowed the over-the-top life of a second child. She's not taking over the throne.
18th in line to the throne, was a (name never released publicly) Lady of the Haus of Gaga, who was so ambition, she left to take over her own planet. Lucira follows her progress with great interest.
Personality: two to three paragraphs.
Because she's the spare, rather than the heir, she is close enough to the throne to need to stay within the official royal family, but far enough away to be constantly bored. The one secret kept in the royal family, is that Lucira is more clever than, and definitely more charming than her sister. Fortunately, she doesn't care to display this publicly, and only in cases where it's very amusing.
Thus, she found charity work, terrible romance and sci-fi novels, off-planet travel, and ways to flaunt the silly, formal rules her family lives under. See, on her planet, it's rude to have one night stands (or two) with royalty. She finds that backward, and certainly not satisfying, which is why she spends so much time off-planet. The public of Arkhanaxxis love her for being the rebel in the family, but (because publicity is a beautiful thing) with a heart of gold. Technically, that's correct, because she is picky about her charities actually helping something, somewhere, at some point. On the other hand, she is entitled, and suffers from such a degree of ennui privately, that she needs the publicity. Her heart is more gold plated, as she's happy to lend her name to things, but more keen on the party, than the work involved.
Why are you bringing this character into this setting on a temporary basis?
She is the patron for the Society to Save the Silent Brood Rat of Exogaia IX (AKA: Emomaus). It's a part of her many duties as royalty: all of which revolve around some sort of charity work. She has more than 200 other charities and all of them have one thing in common: the need for interplanetary travel. (They have one other thing in common: they all look good on paper, so she'll show up for the photo shoot / interviews / concerts / whatever, then do her own thing.)
As the official host of the concert, she'll be visibly present the couple days before, as well as at the opening and closing of the the festivities. Other than that, she'll be spending her time hitting on anything that is receptive and walks.
